Extracting Customer Emails from WebRes

If you need to download a list of customer data, this can be done in /admin. The data is in four parts and is comma delimited.

Data included in the extract:

  1. Title
  2. Initials (or first name if your website uses this instead of initials)
  3. Surname
  4. Email Address
Log into /admin and head to the section below:


Click 'Generate Report:



You will then be prompted to save the generated report. Once you have done this, you can open the CSV file to see your customer data.

Deleted customers will be displayed with information changed to include the word 'deleted', for example ",D E L,Customer,deletedcustomer@roeville.com"
