Changing currency types on emails

Introduction

If you've encountered issues with incorrect currency types in your emails on PHCloud, it might be due to incorrect browser region settings. Follow the steps below to update the language settings in popular web browsers such as Firefox, Chrome, and Edge.

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox and click on the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner to access the menu.

  2. Select "Settings" from the drop down menu.

  3. In the left sidebar, click on "General". Scroll down the page until the see the "Language" section.

  4. Under the "Language" section, you'll find a list of preferred languages. Click on "Set Alternatives" if English UK is not listed.

  5. In the "Select a language to add..." dropdown, choose "English (United Kingdom)" and click "Add."

  6. Ensure that "English (United Kingdom) is at the top of the list. If it isn't, select the language and click the 'Move Up' button.

  7. Close and reopen Firefox

Chrome

  1. Open Chrome and click on the three vertical dots in the top-right corner to open the menu.

  2. Select "Settings" from the menu.

  3. In the left sidebar, click on "Languages"

  4. Here, you will see a list of preferred languages. To add English (United Kingdom), click on "Add languages."

  5. Select "English (United Kingdom)" from the list and click "Add."

  6. Click on the three vertical dots next to "English (United Kingdom) and select "Display Google Chrome in this language".

  7. Close and reopen Chrome


Edge

  1. Open Microsoft Edge and click on the three horizontal dots in the top-right corner.

  2. Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  3. In the left sidebar, click on "Languages"

  4. Here, you will see a list of preferred languages. To add English (United Kingdom), click on "Add languages."

  5. Select "English (United Kingdom)" from the list and click "Add."

  6. Click on the three vertical dots next to "English (United Kingdom) and select "Display Microsoft Edge in this language".

  7. Close and reopen Edge
