Reference: Provide a unique reference or identifier for the customer, such as an account number or internal code. Ensure it is distinct to avoid any conflicts with existing customers.
Contact: Fill in the name of the primary contact person for this customer. This could be the person who will be responsible for communication or handling bookings on behalf of the customer.
Customer type: Select the appropriate customer type from the available options. Common customer types include 'Individual,' 'Company' or 'Individual'. Additional customer types can be setup from within settings.
Address: Enter the customer's complete postal address, including street, city, region, country and postcode. Ensure that customer details and contact information is correct.
Phone number: Input the customer's contact number in the designated field. Use the correct format, including the country code if applicable, to ensure the number is valid.
Email: Provide the customer's email address. Including an email address allows invoices and confirmations to be emailed directly to the customer.
VAT number: If the customer has a VAT (Value Added Tax) number, enter it in this field. This is typically applicable to business customers, and can be left blank if the customer does not have a VAT number.
