If you have a return route for Group 1 from point A to B, the system will assume the coach stays at position B until the return journey unless otherwise specified. Therefore, if you add another pickup and drop-off for Group 2 from A to B during the wait period between Group 1's travel from A to B and B to A, the system will prevent this from being entered as the coach is unable to fulfil both waiting at position B, and also transport passengers from group 2. To avoid this, setup each group of passengers as a seperate job within the booking. This way, you can assign the same driver and vehicle to both jobs. It also provides clear instructions to the driver regarding each location they need to travel to and from.
To ensure the times are sequential and avoid conflicts:
Verify that the times and dates for each location within the job are entered in the correct order.
Check for any conflicting locations or overlapping timeframes that may lead to conflicts.
Make sure the coach is not assigned to another journey during a pickup or return setup. Assign the coach exclusively to the current job to prevent conflicts.
