Accommodation sharing in t3 enables you to sell hotel rooms across multiple tours concurrently. Here's how you can set it up:
- Go to the tour you want to configure, then click on "Settings."
- In the bottom left, find the dropdown box labeled "Accommodation." Click the dropdown arrow.
- A list of tours with the same arrival date will appear. Select the (master) tour you want to share accommodation with, and then click "Select."
- Click "Save" and refresh both tours
Optionally: Click "Keep Own Price" to ensure that this tour retains it's original room pricing. If disabled, it will instead get the room pricing from the master tour.

Efficiently allocating seating for a single vehicle across two tours is a smart way to prevent double-bookings and over-sales, ensuring a seamless experience for your customers. Here's how to set up seating plan sharing:
Choose the tour you want to set up as the seatplan master. In tour settings, tick the box for "Seatplan Master." Go to the (sub) tour you want to share the seating plan with, and click the dropdown arrow. Select the tour you previously set up as the Seatplan Master. Click "Save" and refresh both tours.NB: To stop sharing, click the "Stop" button next to the dropdown.
Sharing routes in t3 is a powerful feature that streamlines the pickup and route management process, particularly useful for hubs and complex route setups. This feature allows you to efficiently handle passenger pickups for multiple tours on a single route. To setup a shared route, follow these steps:
In tour settings on both tours, ensure that the master tour is set up with the correct route you want to share. Click on the "Outwards - Primary" dropdown on the sub tour. Double-click on the same route as the previous tour. On the "Change Route" screen, click "Select" to attach the tour to a specific route. You'll see a list of all the routes set up for that date. To attach a tour to a route, click on the required route and then click "Attach." Click "Ok" and then "Change."NB: If you view the list of routes and don't see your master tour attached already - Don't worry. Just click "Attach" for the sub tour and then go back onto the master tour. When you go through the attachment process again, you will see the sub tour visible as attached to one of the routes.
