Reserving seats on a booking

Reserving seats on a booking

The seat reservation feature in t3 allows you to mark specific seats as reserved, ensuring that they are not assigned to other passengers. This prevents overbooking and helps maintain the desired capacity on the seating plan.
Please note that reserved seats will be unavailable for booking during the t3 reserve process and online bookings made through Webres web sites.

  1. From there, select "Seat Browser" or simply press the F9 function key to open the browser.
  2. Within the Seat Browser, highlight the seats you want to reserve. To select multiple seats simultaneously, hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on the desired seats.
  3. Once you have selected the seats, click the "Reserve" button to mark them as reserved.

Reserving seats for specific journey directions:

By default, when you reserve seats without selecting any options, they will affect both the outwards and return routes. However, if you only want to reserve a seat for half of the journey, you can make use of the journey direction selector by selecting the appropriate button for the return/outward routes
