Consolidate marketing records


Over time, it's possible that duplicated records may accumulate for the same client. To ensure accurate association of booking and tour history with passengers, you can take advantage of the consolidation tool. This tool facilitates the merging of client records into a single, target client profile.

Consolidation

Step 1: Open the marketing window and identify the ClientIDs of the two client profiles you intend to merge.

Step 2: Open the Consolidation Tool

  • Click on the "Tools" dropdown in the top-left corner.
  • Select "Consolidate." This automatically designates the currently highlighted passenger as the target client (Which the other record will be merged into).

Step 3: Input ClientID for Merging

  • Enter the ClientID of the record you want to merge into the existing profile.
  • Click "Check" to verify the correct selection.

Step 4: Confirm and Consolidate

  • After confirming the accuracy of your selections, click "Consolidate" to merge the records.

NB: Exercise caution as consolidations are irreversible and cannot be undone.
