Step 1: Access the Bookings Tab
1. Begin by navigating to the "Bookings" tab in your PHCloud account.Step 2: Select Bookings
- Inside the "Bookings" tab, locate the list of your bookings.
- To the left of each booking entry, you'll see a square radio button. Click on this button to select individual bookings.
Step 3: Filter and Choose Bookings
- To make the process even smoother, consider filtering the bookings by customer. This ensures that you're only selecting bookings for a single customer, reducing the risk of errors.
- Click on the bookings you want to include in the bulk invoice. They will be highlighted to indicate selection.
Step 4: Initiate Bulk Actions
- After selecting the desired bookings, proceed to the "Bulk Actions" option.
- From the dropdown menu that appears, choose "Invoice Bookings."
Step 5: Configure Invoice Details
- A new window will open, allowing you to configure the invoice details.
- Set the invoice date according to your preferences.
- Choose whether you want to create a pro forma invoice or a regular invoice.
Step 6: Create Invoice
- With the invoice details set, click on the "Create Invoice" button.
- Your bulk invoice will be generated, incorporating all the selected bookings.
